Last year I hired Gina and Stacey to sell my property off Latigo Canyon in Malibu. Not an easy task! Most of the 6 acre property had been destroyed in the Woolsey Fire and they needed to convince potential buyers that it could be restored to its former glory! Before the fire it was an income producing property with 3 airbnbs, 3 full time rentals, a vineyard, vegetable garden, fruit orchard, chicken coop, hundreds of trees and a swimming pool. After the fire all that was left was the 3 bed / 2 bath main house. The pool was rebuilt and some landscaping restored. So Gina and Stacey with their experience and knowledge of Malibu properties along with their powers of persuasion that the property still had great potential, worked tirelessly with numerous showings until the right person came along! They were great communicators throughout the whole process, keeping me updated about showings, offers, counter offers, escrow and finally the closing. I can highly recommend them as realtors - they went above and beyond and I would certainly use them again if I wanted to sell my property!
