After working with another realtor for almost a year and not being able to successfully purchase a home, I began working with Gina and Stacey. The previous realtor I worked with is family, but was not highly responsive to my needs, or able to communicate as required, nor did she send me listings every day, like I had asked. Gina came highly recommended by my brother who has worked with her before, and Stacey I discovered is an absolute gem. Gina and Stacey are like the dynamic duo of realtors. Working with them was an amazingly painless and pleasant experience. Within two weeks, from the time that I began working with them, I was in escrow on the home that I now own! Working with Gina and Stacey is like getting two rock star realtors for the price of one. They were both on top of finding me a home day and night, every day, which is what I needed. Stacey took many late night phone calls and she sent me available listings within my criteria every day, as soon as they became available, and she paid attention to my needs. For example, in the interest of my hectic schedule, Stacey booked our viewing appointments back to back and on the same day whenever possible, and she was meticulously well prepared. We looked at 8 listings on the day that I found my home. It had only been on the market for less than 24-hours. Stacey and Gina both helped with the showings, inspections, negotiations, and with closing escrow. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even my lender commented on how great they both are to work with. Home ownership has been a lifelong goal and the two of them made it happen.

Gina and Stacey are wonderful to work with. They were always attentive to my needs, made it a point to really understand what I was looking for and advocated for my best interest. They thoroughly understand what needs to happen in order to close a deal, and most importantly they took the time to get to know me and see things from my perspective. For all appointments, they were always on time or early, which is critical for me working with someone. My mind was always at ease because I knew they were handling everything for me so I didn’t need to worry. They are incredibly responsive and attentive. I trusted them as extra pairs of eyes and ears and felt completely comfortable discussing all pros and cons with them and for them to negotiate on my behalf. Even afterwards, they always made it a point to follow up and see how everything was going. I have recommended them to friends and family, and would use their knowledge and expertise again in a heartbeat.
